ReplyDeleteYou always have to set goals for yourself and for others. let them set the goals for themselves but always push them so you can get the best out of them.
When you are a leader people want to fallow you. When you are a boss people want to stay out of your bad side. if you work hard to become a leader that usually means you are going to get dirty and do things you don’t want to do. By doing this people will respect you and want to work hard for you. Your seniors or high level management will see this and want to promote you because you will be showing that people will not just listen to you but want to reach goals and do well.
Being a leader is something that many people aspire to be when they join the corporate world. Having a set of goals and being able to reach them, while showing people your leader not just through your words but your action as well. Being good with people and being able to interact is also a major componate a leader should have.
