Reputation, Voice and Presence

In Life we all want to make our voices heard! We also want to make sure we establish a reputation, so that when somebody says our name another person says, "Oh you talking about Michael Chiguichon, the one who always has a positive attitude". We also like people to know we are there ready to challenge, listen and acknowledge any obstacle that comes into play. It is the same thing in the business field. Establishing a reputation in the corporate field it very important. It is your name that carries all your special traits and willingness that people catch and remember. Making our voices heard for business purposes tells that you are intact and open minded to changes and surprises. It is not a walk in the park for anyone to make their voice heard. It tells managers, supervisors and corporation that you are open to criticism and just another voice in the crowd that would like to give their piece of mind. Presence is the essence of oneself. If you are not present during a presentation, or meeting people will not take you as serious as if you were there. For example when you are present, you give body language, eye contact, make your voice hear and get fedback right away. If you are not present those key points goes right out the window. Remember carry your name along with you voice and let your presence speak for itslef!
