To expand on the first point learning new tasks and expanding your knowledge in the workplace will only get you further in your career and with that specific company. The more you know generallly means the more you're worth to that company. The more skill and training that you recieve will go along way in helping you become more sucessful. It will help you become a stronger contributor in the business world. For the second point, motivation is key to success in the business world. Without drive it is very hard to even obtain a good position in a potential career. Drive is the num,ber one key to success, it allows individuals to learn new things and strive for excellence in a particular company and situation. Motivation is key in a companies overall success. For the third points cooperation is essential to a healthy company and career. Working with people and interacting to an acceptable standard helps a business in many ways.
