Finding a company with an incline ladder

First thing, you want to be with a company that can offer you a room to grow. Look for companies with opportunity for advancement, when applying for a career. This does not mean you would have to work for a prestige corporation, even though they provide a lot of promotions. At the same time, you don’t want to work for a company that has every positions filled for the next ten years plus, and end up being in the same position for the rest of your career. Finding the right company is very essential in climbing the ladder. You can find out about a company before you start working for them, do your own research, as well ask questions like is there opportunity for promotions within the company.

  1. You need to find a company that offers you room to grow and has the same attitude as you. you want a company that you fit well into and get along with the people. you do need to do research about the company, ask people who work their if they like the company and like the work environment. When doing research see if there is a high turnover rate. See if People leave very quickly or if people are staying within the company for awhile. In the interview ask them questions about how quickly people are being promoted. Another question that you could ask is if they pay for you to improve your skill, so that you can get a higher level of a position. Overall make sure the company fits you because you are the one having to go their everyday.

  2. To continue on taylor's post. You dont want a company that will hold you down and keep you in turm oil.The company that you need to find is company that you enjoy going to work. With being happy at work will come the motivation and positive attitude that will allowe you to grow as a person and in the company. If you join a company that does allow you to grow your still going to stuggle to find that motivation to keep going and staying positive the whole time.
