Usually they will decide on what company they will apply to on how well they can be promoted within. I think this picture represents that very well because one foot is on the ground. Meaning he is starting out and the hand is reaching high. This means he has high goals for himself and wants to be seen. He will have to use all the tips and strategy’s he can to be seen by high level management and make relationships with co-works. If these few things are done he will have a better chance on being promoted.
